Okay, I went bought a new camera. Had to be done if I'm going to take this shit seriously. We'll keep our current camera around as a back-up and possible B-roll. But our new camera is… the Canon Vixia HF R72!! It's a hard drive camera with 32GB of built-in memory and space for an additional memory card. It also has a plug for an external microphone which is getting harder and harder to find. Here is a complete list of everything that came with the purchase:
